This Physical Education course is designed to introduce students to a variety of physical activities, including athletic and non-athletic pursuits. Students are guided to recognize and implement healthy habits to promote an overall wellness of the mind, body, and soul.
Locks & Lockers

Students will purchase a school issued lock - $10

All valuables should be locked during class

It is strongly advised that students do NOT share your combination with others

Participating in warm-up exercises and daily activities

Demonstrating a constructive attitude each class

Showing sportsmanlike behavior during all competitive activities

Successfully completing all assignments, quizzes, and exams administered throughout the trimester

Gym shoes with socks

- Shirts and shorts must have the student's name written on the provided label space
- Failing to dress in full uniform will result in grade point deductions

Sweats may be worn over the P.E. uniform based upon the discretion of the P.E. teacher
